This Privacy & Cookie Policy (“Policy”) describes how alaskacontractprinting (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or use our services (the “Services”), including through the DecoNetwork platform.


1. Information We Collect

  • Account and Contact Data: name, company, email, phone, and billing/shipping address.
  • Payment Information: processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Design Uploads and Order Content: images, logos, or text you upload for printing or customization.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URL, device ID, and site usage analytics.
  • Communications: messages sent to us through email, chat, or support tickets.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfill your orders.
  • To communicate regarding orders, support, and marketing (with consent where required).
  • To improve our website, products, and user experience.
  • To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • To personalize offers and display relevant content or promotions.

  • Design upload proof records and copyright certifications are also stored for seven (7) years for legal defense and verification.

  • We regularly review and securely delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed.

  • We share data with payment processors, shipping carriers, DecoNetwork, and trusted service providers only as necessary to perform our Services.
  • These partners are contractually bound to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

  • We do not sell personal data.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We implement safeguards recognized under GDPR, including Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure adequate protection.

9. Design Uploads and Intellectual Property

When you upload artwork, you must have full rights to reproduce and use it. By submitting designs, you certify ownership and grant alaskacontractprinting a limited license to reproduce them solely to fulfill your order. We store upload records for seven years for verification and legal defense. Unlawful uploads may result in account termination and referral to rights holders or authorities.

10. Security

  • All transmissions are encrypted via SSL/TLS.
  • Data is stored on secure servers with limited access controls.
  • We employ regular malware scanning, firewalls, and intrusion monitoring.
  • Despite safeguards, no online system is fully secure; you use the Services at your own risk.

11. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

12. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

13. Email Marketing and CAN-SPAM Compliance

  • We collect email addresses to send order updates and marketing messages (with consent where required).

If a data breach occurs that may affect your personal information, we will notify you by email and/or site notice within seven (7) business days and comply with all regulatory reporting obligations.
